Head chef and owner, Ming Wang opened Ming's in 1998 to serve tastes from his childhood. Ming's serves your the typical Chinese fare, but draws heavily from Korean culinary influences. In fact, many items on the menu are dishes one would find in a Chinese restaurant located in South Korea. Most importantly, rest assured that Ming's only uses the highest quality ingredients. We craft each dish in our own kitchen.
